Having former employees (alumni) go on to bigger and better things (even in other companies), isn’t bad…. Its GREAT!!
It’s great for them and reflects positively on us as their manager.
And if we are doing our job, and have a solid talent management program humming along, then it provides for losing good talent (and bad).
